Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain call records, reports,
and customer interaction details.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, resolution, and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve process goals.
