As the main point of contact for our esteemed clients, become a Voice Process Executive and join our vibrant customer service/BPO team at our Chennai-based company. You will be in charge of giving exceptional customer service, addressing problems, and fostering wholesome connections in order to directly improve our brand's reputation and customer happiness.
Responsibilities:
Manage a large number of incoming and/or outgoing client calls in a professional and effective manner.
Actively listen to consumer questions, comprehend their requirements, and offer precise answers
and information.
Resolve client complaints, issues, and concerns promptly and sympathetically, making every effort to resolve them on the first call.
Even in difficult situations, always keep a cheerful, polite, and professional attitude.
Take part in ongoing training courses to improve your understanding of processes, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
Qualification:
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult or demanding customer interactions.
A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help and serve customers.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new information, products, and processes.
Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
