Responsibilities:
Data Input: Correctly input data into the organization's ERP, CRM, or specialist database systems from a variety of source documents.
Verification and Validation: Prior to final submission, cross-check data with source documents to make sure it is accurate and to spot any errors or missing information.
Database upkeep: Update current records with the most recent data.
Data cleaning includes finding and eliminating duplicate items, fixing spelling errors, and making sure the data is formatted consistently.
Reporting: When department heads require basic reports from the database for analysis or auditing, produce them.
Document scanning and archiving is the process of digitizing
hard copy documents and arranging them logically in folders for convenient access.
Maintaining confidentiality requires handling sensitive data safely and in accordance with data privacy regulations.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
