Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Educational Requirement : Any Basic Degree
Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide prompt and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. Diagnose and troubleshoot
customer issues, including technical problems, billing issues, and order fulfillment issues. Identify root causes of customer problems and implement solutions.
Experience Requirement : 0 to 3 yrs
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
