Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Customer service: Respond to a large number of calls from Tamil-speaking clients with questions about goods, services, or account status.
Effective Communication: Make sure the client understands complicated material by explaining it in Tamil in a straightforward, courteous, and culturally relevant way.
Problem Solving: Determine the "pain points" of the client and offer precise answers or, in accordance with corporate policy, escalate problems to the relevant department.
Sales and Upselling (if Outbound): Use compelling language to reach conversion targets when pitching customers on pertinent goods, services, or upgrades.
Data Documentation: Use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to accurately
document each encounter, customer feedback, and resolution process.
Service Quality: Comply with "Quality Parameters" such Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, First Call Resolution (FCR), and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
