Your Duties:
Multi-Channel Support: Provide prompt, courteous responses to consumer questions and grievances through email, web tickets, and live chat.
Data processing: Using the company's internal systems or CRM, accurately enter data, verify documents, and process orders.
Problem Solving: Examine client concerns and offer practical fixes or troubleshooting techniques via documented guidelines.
SLA Adherence: Maintain excellent quality-assurance scores and make sure every assignment is finished within specified "Turnaround Times" (TAT).
Back-Office Operations: Oversee backend duties such financial transaction reconciliations,
insurance claim processing, and KYC verification.
Escalation Handling: Use internal workflows to identify and tag complex instances that need specialist attention and send them to the appropriate department.
Database upkeep: To guarantee data security and integrity, accurately update and maintain customer records.
