What
you will do:
Managing a large number of incoming and outgoing calls from our global clients, responding to their questions, and resolving problems with professionalism and an acute awareness of cultural quirks will be your main responsibilities. Among your responsibilities will be to troubleshoot issues, accurately record all encounters, and provide information about our goods and services. Your outstanding problem-solving skills, positive outlook, and communication ability will be crucial in establishing a solid rapport with each caller.
