Non-Voice Data & Correspondence Management: Processing client requests via chat, email, and other digital channels with accuracy and efficiency. Data entry, ticket handling, and answering written letters are all included in this.
Problem-Solving & Resolution: Determining and evaluating client demands through various channels, offering workable answers, and elevating complicated problems
when needed to guarantee prompt resolution.
correctness & Quality: To guarantee thorough records and reliable service, maintain a high degree of correctness in all data input and communication, and carefully record every encounter.
Compliance & Adherence: Ensuring that all written and spoken communications adhere to business policies, procedure guidelines, and quality standards.
