It is your main responsibility to answer consumer questions by juggling phone calls with backend duties like email correspondence, live chat, and ticket processing. This position is most suited for people who love the meticulous nature of data entry and textual problem-solving, as well as having excellent communication skills. You guarantee that the client gets prompt voice support while their administrative

or technical demands are correctly entered and handled by the system.

Key Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in the necessary languages are a sign of bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
Technical Adaptability: The capacity to concurrently use several software interfaces, including internal databases, CRM tools, and softphone systems.
Typing and literacy skills include a high level of grammatical precision, professional decorum, and a typing speed of 30 to 40 words per minute.
