Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
What you’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with fluency and clarity in Tamil, providing prompt and accurate information to customers.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring clear communication in Tamil.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution, ensuring clear communication of the issue in English for internal
teams.
Provide comprehensive product or service information, answer questions, and process requests accurately in Tamil.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor during all customer interactions in Tamil.
What you need:
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications, including CRM systems.
