Your Duties:
Information processing: Enter information into the business's internal database or spreadsheet systems by transcribing it from digital, audio, or paper media.
Data Verification: To find and fix mistakes, missing fields, or formatting issues, compare recently entered data with the original documents.
Database maintenance: To keep a "clean" database, update existing records to reflect current information and eliminate duplicate or out-of-date entries.
Digitization: Make sure physical files are properly categorized and filed in the digital archive for convenient access by scanning and uploading
them.
Confidentiality & Security: To guarantee that sensitive data is kept safe, follow stringent data protection policies and, if appropriate, HIPAA/GDPR rules.
Quality Auditing: Take part in routine quality control inspections to make sure the department's overall accuracy rate stays over 99%.
