Your Impact:
We are looking for a fluent and articulate Telugu Voice Process Executive to join our customer service team in Chennai. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from Telugu-speaking customers, providing exceptional support, and resolving their queries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills in Telugu, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from our Telugu-speaking customers in Chennai and other regions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve their issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services in Telugu.
Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions
in the designated systems.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
What you Need:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu with clear and concise articulation.
Strong active listening and empathetic skills to understand customer needs effectively.
Ability to clearly and accurately explain information and solutions in Telugu.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address customer issues efficiently.
Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: Freshers
