Your Duties:
Hybrid Communication: Respond to incoming calls regarding critical matters while concurrently handling a backlog of client emails or chat messages.
Data Calibration: To guarantee complete data integrity, accurately update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with notes from both voice and non-voice interactions.
Document Verification: Make sure all background information is accurate by reviewing and processing customer documents or application forms in between calls.
Problem Solving: To ensure "first-contact" resolution across
all platforms, adhere to established protocols for resolving technical or billing difficulties.
Quality Audit: Verify written responses one last time to make sure they follow the company's professional tone and are grammatically correct.
