Your Duties:
Hybrid Support: Depending on the volume in real time, balance the workload of incoming and outgoing calls with written responses (email/chat).
Handling Customer Inquiries: Over the phone, give clients clear and succinct information about the features of the product, the status of their orders, or any service-related concerns.
Backend Processing: While or after engaging with the customer, carry out data entry, ticket updates, and transaction processing in the CRM.
Drafting Reactions: To follow up on complicated matters that were not able to be handled during the first call, compose expert, error-free
emails and chat responses.
Status tracking: Keep tabs on a customer's "ticket" from the first phone call to its eventual closure and resolution.
Cross-Functional Cooperation: Work with the technical, billing, or logistical departments to get the data required to address complex client inquiries.
