Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, answering questions from clients, giving information, and resolving conflicts in a clear and compassionate manner.
Accurately and quickly respond to consumer questions, grievances, and comments using written channels like chat or email. Make sure your tone, grammar, and spelling are clear and professional.
Use attentive reading
and active listening to comprehend the needs of your customers. Examine problems, offer precise fixes, and aim for first-contact resolution through all available channels.
