Respond to incoming calls regarding pressing matters while concurrently handling a backlog of client emails or chat messages. To guarantee 100% data integrity, precisely update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with notes from both voice and non-voice interactions. Make sure all background information is accurate by reviewing and processing client documents or application forms in between calls. To ensure "first-contact" resolution across all platforms, adhere to established protocols for resolving technical or billing difficulties. Make sure written responses are grammatically
correct and consistent with the business's professional tone by doing a final assessment.
