Semi voice Client Support Professional
Job Description
Who you are:
Respond to consumer inquiries by switching between written channels (email/chat) and incoming/outgoing calls based on workflow requirements. Before processing client data or transaction information in the back-end system, make quick outbound calls to confirm them. To prevent information loss when interacting with customers, keep the CRM updated and accurate at the same time. After a voice conversation, follow up with status updates or requested documentation via non-voice means (email/SMS). Meeting overall productivity goals requires balancing the "Average Handling Time" (AHT) for calls with the "Turnaround Time" (TAT) for back-office work.
Uphold the highest standards of written language and conversational manners, making sure that every encounter is recorded in accordance with corporate guidelines.
