Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming and outgoing consumer calls, emails, and online chats to address their questions, requests, and concerns.
Give customers information, answers, or resolves that are precise, succinct, and easy to understand.
Keep up-to-date and add pertinent information to customer records.
Observe all company rules, guidelines, and standards for customer service quality.
Keep abreast on policy changes, industry best practices, and changes to products
and services.
Skills:
knowledge of ticketing systems, CRM software, or programs relevant to a given sector.
experience working in a KPO or BPO setting.
the capacity to quickly adjust to new procedures and technological advancements.
