Job Description
A driven and results-driven Semi Voice Process Executive is needed to join our team. In addition to handling client enquiries via chat, email, and phone calls, you will be in charge of carrying out necessary administrative duties in this position.
Requirements:
Answer incoming and outgoing consumer calls to answer questions and fix problems.
Answer consumer emails and chat requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Handle client orders, monitor delivery, and address order-related concerns.
Accurately collect and update client data in the CRM system.
Keep thorough records of every interaction
you have with customers.
Skills:
outstanding English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.

Outstanding customer service with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
