Job Description
The Semi-Voice Process Executive will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through a combination of voice and non-voice communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide efficient and accurate solutions.
Responsibilities
Respond to consumer questions and offer assistance by using a mix of written and spoken communication methods (such as chat, email, and sporadic phone calls).
Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction by professionally and immediately answering their questions.
Handle client requests, orders, and transactions with precision
and effectiveness.
Keep a record of every client interaction and resolution in the system.
Investigate client problems and offer suitable fixes use the resources at hand.
Skills:
the capacity to manage written and, on sometimes, spoken consumer contacts.
proficiency with customer support software and computer applications.
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
the capacity to efficiently manage time and multitask.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
