Job Description
To join our team in Chennai, we are looking for Semi-Voice Process Executives that are customer-focused and eloquent. In addition to taking phone calls, you will also be in charge of managing written correspondence (email, chat, etc.) with customers. Strong problem-solving skills, a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, and proficient verbal and writing communication are necessary for this position.
Responsibilities
Respond to consumer questions and offer assistance via phone and textual channels (email, chat, ticketing systems).
During phone calls, actively listen to the requirements and concerns of the consumer and provide clarification where necessary.
Clearly, succinctly, and professionally respond to consumer questions via chat and email.
Reach or surpass performance goals for
both the team and the individual in terms of customer satisfaction, resolution rates, written communication response times, and call handling.
Be professional and upbeat in all of your communications.
Respect the company's data security and privacy guidelines.
Skills:
aptitude for active listening and the ability to effectively understand the needs of clients.
The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and express ideas both in writing and verbally.
basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with relevant tools, including email, chat platforms, and CRM systems.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
