Job Description

What you’ll Do:
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Gather necessary information from customers via voice and non-voice channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Process customer requests, transactions, and updates accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to established procedures relevant to our Chennai operations.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions using designated
systems and tools, ensuring data integrity within our Chennai-based records.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows meticulously to maintain consistency and quality in all customer interactions and data processing.
What you need:
Excellent written communication skills in English for emails and chat interactions, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer queries and issues effectively.
Good data entry and processing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office Suite and relevant CRM or customer service software used in Chennai.
