Education: Any Basic Degree
Responsibilities
Respond to consumer questions, give information, and settle disputes by taking both incoming and outgoing calls.
Be polite and professional at all times when speaking on the phone.
Write professional, succinct, and understandable written messages.
Support customers in real time via chat, attending to their needs and effectively resolving problems.
As needed, switch between speech and non-voice communication channels with ease.
/>Qualification:
knowledge of call centre systems and software.
knowledge on how to manage speech and non-voice communications.
outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
the capacity to multitask and operate in a hectic setting.
proficiency with software programs and computer systems.
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
