Job Description
Who You Are:
Voice Support: You will handle and address consumer questions and concerns over the phone with precision, politeness, and a high level of first-call resolution.
Non-Voice Support: You will manage written correspondence through email and live chat, making sure that answers are precise, succinct, and fully address client issues.
Case Management: To ensure complete traceability and data integrity, you are in charge of accurately and promptly recording and updating all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Product Expertise:
In order to deliver precise information and answers across all channels, you will acquire and preserve a thorough understanding of our goods, services, and internal procedures.
Quality & Compliance: Throughout every engagement, regardless of the channel, you will follow all established quality standards, scripts, and security requirements.
Experience: 4+ yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree
