Job Description:
The Semi-Voice Process Executive performs a hybrid function that strikes a mix between back-office data processing or written support and direct phone communication. This position is intended for procedures when client concerns are raised over the phone yet necessitate extensive offline investigation, documentation, or email and chat follow-up. The ideal applicant is a flexible communicator who can effortlessly transition between interacting with clients and carrying out technical troubleshooting or high-accuracy data entry in the background.

Key Duties:
Hybrid Communication: Process requests via non-voice channels after handling incoming or outgoing calls to obtain information.
Blended Task Management: Oversee a process that includes a certain

proportion of "Talk Time" and "Wrap-up/Back-office Time."
Case Research: While the customer is on hold or in between conversations, look into consumer concerns using a variety of internal databases and software tools.
Documentation and Updating: Keep thorough records in the CRM or ERP system of all customer interactions and transaction statuses.
SLA Adherence: Make sure that data processing and call quality parameters are fulfilled.
Follow-up Coordination: After a customer's offline request has been handled or resolved, send them a polished follow-up email or message.
Resolving Issues: Find inconsistencies in client information or records, then contact them by phone to get clarification.
