Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answer consumer questions and address problems via utilising chat, email, and phone calls.
Give prompt, accurate information about goods, services, and account information.
Precisely record every client interaction and resolution in the business's database.
Adapt to the communication channel as necessary while managing incoming and outgoing communications.
Prioritise and oversee several client engagements at once, making sure that prompt responses are provided.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an
emphasis on effective issue resolution.
