You will independently respond to questions and resolve problems as a Semi-Voice Process Executive using a potent combination of written and spoken communication, which will have a direct impact on operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Our service excellence will be largely dependent on your accuracy in
documentation and your ability to communicate clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
In order to resolve problems and keep thorough customer records, you will independently reply to customer enquiries via email and chat, follow up verbally if needed, and carefully record every encounter.
