Semi Voice Executive Customer Service position
Job Description
Who You Are:
Verbal Communication: You will clearly and patiently address the demands of customers while managing incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and a pleasant outlook.
Written Communication: You will be in charge of non-voice channels including chats and emails, making sure that all messages are understandable, succinct, and contain the facts that are needed.
Data Accuracy: It will be your duty to enter and validate data accurately, making
sure that all records are current and trustworthy.
Solving problems: You'll apply your abilities to find and fix a range of client concerns, making sure that every issue is dealt with early on to keep things running smoothly.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree
