Verbal Clarity: Proficient spoken English (or a regional language) in a friendly and professional manner.
Written Proficiency: Excellent grasp of grammar and the capacity to compose succinct, polished emails and chat replies.
Context switching is the ability to mentally switch between a demanding phone
call and a meticulous written assignment without losing concentration.
Typing Speed: To effectively manage chats and call-logging, one must be able to type at least 30 to 35 WPM.
Technical Comfort: Being able to use programs like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk and navigate several software windows.
