Job Description
We are seeking a Semi-Voice Process Executive that is customer-focused and adaptable to join our team. In this hybrid position, you will offer clients full support by utilising a balanced combination of voice and non-voice channels, guaranteeing prompt query resolution and first-rate service.
Key Responsibilities:
Voice Customer Interaction: Professionally answer incoming and outgoing calls from customers, answering questions, giving information, and settling minor grievances.
Customer Interaction (Non-Voice): Provide
succinct and clear written communication in response to and resolution of customer enquiries via chat, email, or other digital platforms.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve consumer concerns via both channels, providing suitable fixes and, if required, elevating complicated issues to specialised teams.
Information management: Make sure all data is current and comprehensive for future reference and analysis by accurately entering customer interactions and details into the system.
