Job Description
A hybrid role, the Semi-Voice Process Executive role combines the duties of non-voice (email, chat, and back-office) and voice (phone-based) assistance. Providing smooth multi-channel support while juggling live call taking, written correspondence management, and data processing is your main goal. This position is perfect for flexible communicators who can strike a balance between the analytical attention needed for email and documentation management and the urgency of a phone call. No matter what channel a consumer chooses to use, you will serve as a resource that can adapt to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Support: Handle client communications over a range of channels, such as email tickets, live web chat, and incoming and outgoing calls.
A balanced workflow involves smoothly switching between "voice" (live engagement) and "non-voice" (data entry, research, or response drafting) phases.
Issue Resolution: By obtaining information over the phone and sending thorough follow-up instructions via email, you may diagnose and resolve customer issues.
Database maintenance: To guarantee a consistent service history, update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems with
precise logs of both written and spoken exchanges.
Technical Documentation: Produce and distribute standardized templates or personalized emails to clients in order to verify fixes or ask for more details.
Task Prioritization: During periods of high traffic, keep a "Inbox" full of pending tickets while still being accessible for "Queue" calls.
Quality Assurance: Make sure all communications are consistent with the company's branding by upholding a high quality of written grammar and spoken intelligibility.
Feedback Loop: To enhance the internal knowledge base, record recurrent client complaints that are discovered during calls and chats.
Skills:
Strong oral English (or a regional language) and outstanding written business writing abilities.
Adaptability: The capacity to quickly switch from a live discussion to a thorough data input operation without sacrificing accuracy.
High typing speed (30+ WPM) and ease of use of numerous program tabs at once are indicators of computer proficiency.
The capacity to conduct background study on an issue while maintaining a customer's interest on the line.
