Key Duties
Data & Record Management: Ensure that all digital and physical files are readily available and current by maintaining, updating, and organizing business databases.
Operational Support:

Help several departments (HR, Finance, and Sales) with administrative duties like scheduling, processing applications, and creating reports.
Documentation & Filing: Create invoices, draft formal letters, and oversee the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) or compliance documentation procedure.
Inventory and Procurement: Keep an eye on stock levels of office supplies and work with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery and procurement.
Coordination of Communication: Oversee internal communication channels, respond to emails, and forward requests to the relevant departments.
