Who you are:
accurately entering, updating, and keeping records in the company's ERP systems or internal databases. To guarantee prompt retrieval, arrange and manage both digital and physical file systems for contracts, invoices, and personnel records. Using Microsoft Excel or other specialized tools, gather data and create operating reports for management on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Take care of the administrative aspects of sales or procurement, such as updating inventory logs, tracking shipments, and confirming purchase orders. Serve as a liaison between several departments to promote the exchange of papers and information. Keep tabs on office supplies and
equipment, and when stock levels are low, start requesting purchases. Verify that papers adhere to internal corporate standards and legal requirements by checking them for accuracy and completeness.
