Your Impact:
As the main point of contact for our Malayalam-speaking clients, you will answer incoming and outgoing calls, handle questions, resolve problems, and deliver information effectively and empathetically. The ideal applicant would be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, have great active listening skills, and excellent verbal communication talents in both Malayalam and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients who speak Malayalam in a polite and professional manner.
Pay attention to what customers have to say, determine what they need, and provide clarification when necessary.
Customers should
be contacted again to make sure their concerns have been addressed.
Keep client data up to date, including contact information and preferred services.
Make sure that data privacy laws are followed, and protect client privacy.
Keep abreast of market developments, company offers, and process modifications.
What you Need:
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent telephone etiquette and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic under pressure.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: Freshers
