Your Duties:
Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential clients using the leads you have been given in order to present different banking services and products.
Product Education: Clearly state the characteristics, advantages, and qualifying requirements of goods such as credit cards, mortgages, and personal loans.
Lead Qualification: Determine the client's financial requirements in order to classify them as possible leads for the relationship management or field sales teams.
Objection Handling: Professionally respond to client questions and concerns about interest rates, processing costs, and documentation requirements.
Documentation:
Assist clients with the initial documentation procedure and arrange for branch visits or document pickup appointments.
Achievement: Reach or surpass the bank's monthly sales conversion goals and daily calling targets.
CRM Management: Correctly update the bank's CRM software with call statuses, customer comments, and follow-up dates.
