Job Description
Your Impact:
In order to ensure correct data management and prompt query resolution, you will be in charge of managing client contacts via a combination of voice conversations and non-voice channels (email, chat, and documentation). The ideal applicant will be dedicated to providing top-notch service, have good problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate well in both Tamil and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming and outgoing consumer questions politely and professionally through voice calls as well as non-voice channels including chat, email, and social media.
Pay close attention to the concerns raised by customers, determine their needs, and, if required, escalate problems to the proper department or offer accurate information and solutions.
Write
succinct, understandable, and grammatically sound written answers to consumer emails and chat messages.
To increase operational effectiveness and customer happiness, proactively find areas for process improvement.
To stay current on system updates, product knowledge, and best practices for customer support, take part in training sessions and ongoing learning programs.
What you Need:
Strong written English communication abilities for chat and email exchanges.
A customer-centric mindset and the ability to actively listen.
the capacity to sympathise with clients and manage challenging circumstances in a composed and expert manner.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
