Job Description
Primary Task: Your main responsibilities as a Non-Voice Process Executive in our Chennai operations will be to manage data, process various transactions accurately and efficiently, and respond to customer enquiries nonverbally in order to guarantee excellent service delivery and smooth back-office operations.
Responsibilities
Enter, process, and update vast amounts of data into specified systems, databases, or applications with accuracy and efficiency.
When necessary, escalate complicated problems to the proper team or supervisor for resolution.
Find and report any inconsistencies, mistakes, or discrepancies in the data or procedures.
For
the purpose of improving the knowledge base, note any new process lessons or persistent problems.
Quickly adjust to modifications in procedures, equipment, or customer needs.
Required Abilities:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail for data entry and processing.
Good typing speed and proficiency in using various computer applications and systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
