Your Impact:
As the main point of contact for our Tamil-speaking clients, you will answer incoming and outgoing calls, answer questions, handle problems, and provide information effectively, empathetically, and clearly. The ideal applicant will be dedicated to providing superior customer service, have strong active listening skills, excellent verbal communication abilities in Tamil, and solid communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
In order to deliver proper solutions, actively listen to the requirements and concerns of your customers and clarify information as needed.
If necessary, follow up with clients to make sure their concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.
/>Keep track of and update client data, such as contact information and preferred services.
Maintain client confidentiality and make sure that data privacy laws (such as GDPR and HIPAA, if applicable) are followed.
Keep abreast with business products, modifications to procedures, and market developments.
What you Need:
Strong active listening and empathetic problem-solving abilities.
Excellent telephone etiquette and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional, even under pressure.
Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: Freshers
