Job Description
Your Impact:
We are looking for a fluent and articulate Tamil Voice Process Executive to join our customer service team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from Tamil-speaking customers, providing exceptional support, and resolving their queries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills in Tamil, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in fluent and clear Tamil.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and policies
in Tamil.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain and update customer records.
What you Need:
Proven experience in a customer service or voice process role.
Native or near-native fluency in spoken Tamil.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: Freshers
