Your Duties:
Email and Chat Support: Use live chat or email queues to professionally address consumer questions, grievances, and service requests.
Data Processing: Accurately input and update client information, transaction details, or service orders into the central database.
Troubleshooting and Resolution: Determine client pain areas by examining textual descriptions, then either escalate the issue to the appropriate department or offer detailed remedies.
Transaction Monitoring: Examine and confirm digital transactions or documents to make sure they adhere to security guidelines and corporate rules.
SLA
Compliance: To maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), make sure all assigned jobs and tickets are closed within the allotted Turnaround Time (TAT).
Back-End Operations: Depending on the particular process, handle clerical duties including order processing, KYC verification, or claims administration.
