Quick Recruitment Executive Position in Tamil Voice Process
Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures in Tamil, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution, following established protocols for our Chennai operations.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems, adhering to data entry standards for the Chennai center.
Ensure adherence to quality guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) for voice processes, maintaining a high level of customer service in every interaction.
Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) specific to the Tamil voice
process in our Chennai facility.
Skills
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions or escalate appropriately.
Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computers and navigating relevant software applications for logging information and accessing resources.
Patience and Empathy: Ability to remain calm and understanding, even in challenging customer interactions.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new information, processes, and tools
