Responsibilities:
Mostly in Tamil, professionally and effectively handle a large number of incoming and outgoing customer calls.
To ensure clear communication in Tamil, comprehend client enquiries, give correct information, and address problems in an efficient and sympathetic manner.
Direct complicated problems or open questions to the proper
supervisors or departments.
Reach or surpass the key performance indicators (KPIs) for resolution rates, customer happiness, and call handling time.
