Accurately complete order processing, document verification, and data entry activities. Use internal knowledge sources to analyze client concerns and deliver detailed written solutions. Handle account modifications, refunds, and cancellations in response to consumer requests made via digital channels. Keep thorough and precise records of every customer interaction and ticket status in the CRM system. Keep an eye on and reply
to consumer direct messages or comments on social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
