Job Description
We are seeking a customer interaction specialist that can provide outstanding service by seamlessly combining voice and non-voice communication, not just someone who can answer phones and reply to emails. As a Customer Interaction Specialist, you will provide a seamless and effective experience by offering complete customer help over a range of channels.
Responsibility:
Answer consumer questions over the phone, email, chat, and other channels.
Examine client concerns and offer workable answers.
Refer complicated problems to the proper departments
for additional support.
In CRM systems, accurately record customer interactions and resolutions.
Continue to have a thorough understanding of our offerings.
Reach or surpass performance goals, such as resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location: In and Around Chennai
