Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly and concisely in the system, ensuring accuracy in Tamil where required.
Troubleshoot customer problems and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and company policies to effectively assist Tamil-speaking customers.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality service and compliance.
