What You will do:
Omnichannel Query Resolution: To react to consumer questions, concerns, and requests about our goods and services, you will manage a balanced workload that includes both incoming and outgoing phone calls as well as digital correspondence.
Voice Communication Excellence: You will interact with clients on the phone with professionalism, empathy, and clear articulation, concentrating on de-escalation and complex issue resolution while upholding strict standards for call quality and handling time.
Digital Communication
Efficiency: Using standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge bases to guarantee prompt and consistent resolution, you will create precise, succinct, and grammatically correct responses via email and chat.
Process Adherence and Documentation: To guarantee data accuracy and adherence to quality standards, you will carefully record all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Service Improvement: You will identify and escalate recurring customer issues or process gaps to team leads, contributing valuable insights that lead to long-term service and product enhancements.
