Responsibilities
Respond to incoming and outgoing consumer calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.
Customers should be contacted again to make sure their concerns have been satisfactorily addressed.
When necessary, add pertinent information to customer records.
Respect service level agreements, company standards, and regulatory compliance requirements at all costs.
Address client complaints and provide solutions as part of your customer retention
efforts.
Skills
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently while speaking with customers.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
