Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Understand customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively and empathetically.
Escalate complex issues or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
/>Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Provide feedback on process improvements and common customer issues to enhance overall customer experience.
Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and data privacy regulations.
Qualification:
Active listening skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customer needs.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good typing and basic computer navigation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult situations.
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
