You will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries via phone calls. Your excellent verbal
communication skills in Malayalam and English will be crucial for understanding customer needs, resolving complex issues, and providing accurate information. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our Malayalam-speaking clientele, directly contributing to our service excellence and efficiency metrics by maintaining high levels of first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
