Duties:
Inquiry Handling: Answer consumer questions via email or live chat in a clear, succinct, and professional manner.
Problem Solving: Determine the demands of the client and offer suitable explanations or solutions to ensure a high "First Contact Resolution" rate.
Data validation: To reduce errors, examine
and confirm information for accuracy prior to final processing.
Record-keeping: Ensure that all interactions are recorded in the CRM system by maintaining and updating customer information.
Meet or surpass quality standards for accuracy and client satisfaction on a regular basis.
Security & Privacy: When it comes to sensitive client data, strictly abide by data privacy regulations and corporate security procedures.
